Your Health Matters

Working in the corporate world left me feeling burnt out and unconnected to my body. I made the decision to leave those feelings behind and restore my health and wellbeing through healthy wholefoods and lifestyle modifications.

Upon visiting a Nutritionist, I realised a long term B12 deficiency was the cause of my lethargy and anxiety and that supplementation was only providing a quick fix - a band-aid covering the real cause. I learned that gluten sensitivities and gut issues were driving and sustaining the deficiency. It was only when I addressed the root cause that I started to feel better.

This lesson led to a new found passion and appreciation for  nutritional  health and the human body’s ability to restore itself when nourished with the right nutrients and lifestyle support. My new desire was to share this knowledge and help others restore and maintain their health just as I did.

​My approach is to get to the bottom of what is causing your symptoms and to work out ways to improve your health.

I recognise that everyone's health journey is as unique as their biochemistry therefore my treatment plans will be tailored specifically to you and your needs.

​I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and Dietetics and am a member of ANTA and Nutrition Society of Australia.

I am a professional Registered Nutritionist who specializes in functional nutritional therapy and dietary education. Committed to forming relationships with clients looking to take control of their health.
