Gill decided to study Nutritional Science when a career in the corporate world left her feeling burnt out. Realising that a B12 deficiency was the cause of her fatigue and anxiety and that supplementation was only providing a quick fix. Through her studies she realised that gluten sensitivities and gut issues such as SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) were the real cause of the B12 deficiency.
After addressing her diet and lifestyle she began to feel better and regain her life and vitality.
It was only by addressing the root cause that she was able to do this.
Gill has a passion and appreciation of nutritional medicine and the body’s ability to restore itself when nourished with the right nutrients and lifestyle support.

I'm so excited about this new science and way balancing microflora without using antibiotics or microbials and instead building a balanced gut ecology.
I am passionate about women's health especially with regard to the gut and its role in balancing hormones and the body.
