I love being outdoors walking my dogs or swimming in the ocean. Yes, that's where you'll find me when I'm not nerding out over nutrition and health research!

My journey into nutrition wasn't a straight path. In fact, it took a detour through the corporate world, where I found myself feeling burnt out, with hormonal and gut issues. It was a wake-up call that led me to explore the profound impact of food and lifestyle choices on our overall well-being.

One of my own health strugglesβ€”a long-term B12 deficiencyβ€”taught me a valuable lesson. Despite using supplements as a quick fix I still had ALL the symptoms and I realised that true healing required addressing the root cause: gluten sensitivities and gut issues in my case. This revelation sparked a passion for nutritional health and ignited my mission to help other women regain their health and energy. Thats why I now look at the root causes to get real results!
