Despite using supplements as a quick fix I still had ALL the symptoms and I realised that true healing required addressing the root cause: gluten sensitivities and gut issues in my case. This revelation sparked a passion for nutritional health and ignited my mission to help other women regain their health and energy. That’s why I now look at the root causes to get real results!
